2019 National Meeting - San Francisco
We hope to see you . . . The AACO 2019 National Meeting takes place SOON in San Francisco . . . Saturday, October 12 through Monday, October 14, 2019 The 2019 National Meeting will take place at the JW Marriott-Union Square in downtown San Francisco (515 Mason St). We will NOT have a group room block at the Marriott, so plan to book your overnight accommodations through the AAO Housing Office or use an alternative method. Hotel reservations for non-members of the Academy began on June 26th. Meeting registration is now available! We hope to see you in the City by the Bay!

The AACO annual business meeting takes place on Sunday morning, and the AAO/AACO/AOC symposium also takes place on Sunday. We'll be ending by 2 p.m. on Monday in order to accommodate those members who desire an early departure for home. Scientific Session Abstract Submission
Advance meeting registration is now closed. If you have not yet registered and still plan to attend the meeting, please plan to register on-site. Payment for the registration fee will be expected at that time. If you are planning to attend the National Meeting, we ask that you pre-register (online or by using the paper registration form). We strongly discourage on-site registrations. Attendees who pre-register will receive a confirmation -- including a credit card receipt if that is the form of payment -- usually within about two weeks of submitting your registration. If you register online, the system will generate an automatic acknowledgement of your submission. There is just one general registration for all attendees, regardless of the session(s) you plan to attend. Once we receive your registration, a confirmation (and credit card receipt, if applicable) will be sent to you by regular mail. We may follow-up later with an additional electronic confirmation.

The June 30th deadline to renew your membership has now passed! If you recently received a notice that you are in arrears, please consider reactivating your membership now. Contact the AACO Administrative Office to initiate this process.
